Terms of Use

1. Who runs this site

This site is operated by GLiTCHED ViSUALS, a visual studio based in London, United Kingdom. Contact: info@glitchedvisuals.com. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The work shown here

Every photograph, video, edit, artwork and piece of design on this site is protected by copyright. Depending on the project, that copyright sits with GLiTCHED ViSUALS, with Gina Harrison or Andy Kepler individually, or with the artist, label or client who commissioned it. Artist names, logos and release artwork remain the property of their respective owners and appear here as a record of work delivered.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, re-upload, re-edit, print, use in a showreel, train a model on, or otherwise reproduce any of the material here without written permission. Asking is usually enough — email us.

3. Our name and mark

GLiTCHED ViSUALS, the GLiTCHED ViSUALS wordmark and the studio’s visual identity may not be used without written permission, and may not be used in any way that suggests an endorsement or association that does not exist.

4. Enquiries and quotes

Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Sending a project brief through the form or by email starts a conversation; it does not book anything and does not commit either side. Work is only agreed once we have confirmed scope, fee and dates in writing.

5. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. We may change, move or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

6. Links out

The site links to other places — Instagram, IMDb, YouTube, artist sites, Kepler Visuals. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, or from your reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers behind it, do not scrape it in bulk or by automated means, and do not use it in any way that is unlawful or that damages or disrupts it for other people.

9. Privacy

How we handle the information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top of the page, is the one that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
